    this is a classic .. UNESCO shall include HK's soy sauce western cuisine in the intangible cultural heritage program

    I miss this kind of black pepper steak in a sizzling plate in HK.

    Is Windsor Steak House still there?
    Or Jimmy's Kitchen?

    Jimmy's Kitchen is still here, but Windsor seems not to be.
