Amoy Garden was severely hit during the SARS time in 2003. During such time, an apt. of around 400 square feet was just HK$500k. Now it is over HK$ 3 millions. It was once in the fence and now it's way above the fence. Bravo!
That is what I told my friends to quickly invest during SARS with their spare money. One incidence will not hurt the long run of not recurring, just like the Tsunami in Phuket will recover over time.
