Dinner time - Hua Hin night market

Took a grilled big prawn, a bowl of seafood noodle soup and a plate of Pad Thai.  Among all these 3, I like the seafood noodle soup.  Very fresh squid, shrimp and fish chunks with some minced pork to bring up the sweetness of the soup.  My friend even got a 2nd bowl as an encore.

 2nd time to visit this place and found out a big tent was there with a more spacious sitting area.  The food is still kept up to a pretty good standard and the iced mocha is very nice.  Noticed that there are more hotel guests coming to this place rather than the Salas (Italian restaurant - to be posted later).  No wonder it needs more tables.

Friendly reminder: At a recent visit, this place has a new policy and now requires the visitors to cover their shoulders and knees before going in.  No photo taking and shoes off inside the house.  To pay a further respect to this place, I decided not to go into the house.

Pad Thai at Hua Hin Night Market

This shop (close to the entrance of the Night Market) is often crowded. No matter how busy they are, Madam Pad Thai always gives a happy smile. When I saw an empty table, immediately grabbed it and ordered one street stall style Pad Thai (THB30). Very aromatic as Madam's wok is super powerful. I like the way she didn't stir fry in a massive portion due to a long line of order. She just stir fried 3-4 portion at one time. That's the good portion for such a powerful stove to handle. If it's too much, it will create some kind of "heat absorbing" and naturally not aromatic enough.

Weekend dinner buffet in inAzia, Sheraton Hua Hin (Cha Am)

inAzia serves international dinner buffet on weekends at THB750net. The most surprising thing to me is that they serve some very nice sushi and sashimi and Indian curry. Also a noodle station to get you some sizzling hot stir fried noodles on your choices. Again, a resort hotel should have 4-5 restaurant outlets
