 Got some light meal from this bar.  Service and food quality are at average of a typical beach resort.

Talay restaurant (seafood and grill), the Sands Khao Lak, SW Thailand

 This restaurant is on the beach front next by the main pool, serving seafood and grill.  Got a lobster bisque, talay (seafood) salad, seafood grill platter and a black ink pasta.  In general, all the food were pretty fresh and nice.  The only problem is on the black ink pasta that it caused my stomach bloating

Breakfast at the Floating Market, the Sands Khao Lak, SW Thailand

 The restaurant is situated next to the lake of this resort with 2 boats serving dim sum and Thai noodle soup.  The deco. is quite nostalgic.  The food in general is pretty nice and in a wide variety.

Luna Lanai, beachfront bar and restaurant, Sheraton Hua Hin, Thailand

 2nd time to visit this place and found out a big tent was there with a more spacious sitting area.  The food is still kept up to a pretty good standard and the iced mocha is very nice.  Noticed that there are more hotel guests coming to this place rather than the Salas (Italian restaurant - to be posted later).  No wonder it needs more tables.

Poolside bar, Mai Khao Dream Natai beach, Phang Nga, Thailand

I like the natural setting of the pool and the round shaped stone chairs at this poolside bar.  The food was prepared by the restaurant Leelavadee.  Quality wise, it isn't bad but if the price is taken into consideration, it's not so worth it.  What impressed me is the staff services.  As I told them the salad dressing wasn't right as per the menu's description, the staff came back to me "He tell me.  I tell you.  Sorry.".  That's why I like the resorts off those busy Phuket areas, since the local people are not so sophisticated.   It's my brain's vacation from not dealing with those city's common sophisticated people.
