1. Stir fried noodle: the noodle texture is pretty nice and it's not that oily. It was used with quite a lot of Shanghai style sweet soy sauce. HK$35 (with a choice of soybean drink or plum juice). 2. Pan fried bean sprout dumpling - 10 dumplings from HK$30 to $38 but if you wanna have it pan fried, you need to pay an extra $6.
3. Celery dumpling - I still prefer boiled dumpling to pan fried one, as you can taste the aroma of flour. 4. Chicken with flat rice noodle (not sure if it's made of rice) in sesame sauce - the sauce is a bit too much. HK$26. Then on the right is the stewed spare ribs. It's not well stewed. They didn't put enough cane bar with Zhen Kong vinegar; so the spare ribs is a bit hard to chew.
5. I ordered a plum drink to go with the meal. 6. Tai Koo Place at night

有機會去試下先~~
From the previous post of Grand Hyatt to this one, you do have a very flexible range of eating. You enjoy eating too. Keep up and thanks for sharing.
Yes, please go and try it, Mr. 鴨仔。The shop is on the side street of the Tai Koo Place main street. If you go from MTR of Quarry Bay, walk across the road to HSBC. Then walk on the main road in between HSBC and the gas staion. Then turn left when you hit the side street. Walk almost til the end of the street. You will find it. I recommend you to go get some cookies or cakes from the shop St. Teresa's. They have lovely cookies and cakes.
To Anonymous, it's good to try different types of food whenever you can. Though I don't like some food like Indian, or food like lamb, congee, I still try it if I can.
Yes. It is good to try out different food and different quality.
