This shopping mall is with more than enough escalators. You wouldn't miss one inside this mall. The question mark shown on photo 1 is where the information counter is.
Maybe they need to hang an exclamation mark instead. There was a time I just put on shorts and vest and slipper, like I was going to the beach. I asked the Jordan Air ground staff at the check-in desk "do you think it's ok I dress like this to go in your business class (*remarks: still some airlines request business class passengers to wear long pants and short sleeves shirt, e.g. Thai Airway. CX is more flexible.). Then the Jordan Air ground staff replied "we certainly understand that this airport is really hot.". We then exchanged a bitter smile.
