on the boat to Nonthaburi

This noon we took a boat ride from Saphan Taksin to Nonthaburi. Along the river side, besides the hotel area from Shangrila to Sheraton, there are lots to see. It's a beautiful sunny day. I didn't notice we spent already one hour something to reach the final destination Nonthaburi. Afterwards, we take a taxi to Pak Kret.... to be continued. Stay tuned.

What a marvelous river tour!
Now you expand your footstep to Nonthaburi la. I trust that you eat some nice local Thai food there. Spicy? Delicious? Exciting?

I feel sorry for not going to Bangkok for almost a year. Seems there are something more to be explored. An hour to go to another place. Nonthaburi is not in Bangkok? Must be so far away.

The photos look very nice. I like the photo of the bridge. It looks the bridge is very tall and reach the sky. You and Thailand Club are good on taking photos. Wait for your photos of what you ate. Thanks.

What a nice place here, looks like a resort area. I cannot imagine Thialand has everything, from land to sea, to river and to mountain.
Also, I remember that Maria mentioned Mr. Tea brought her(and you) to an island very nice last year. Is that place in your blog too? If yes, please tell me where? Thanks.

Man, hurry... lots to discover. You would love it. The Chao Phrya is the cradle for the Bangkok culture. We have seen so many local culture in Pak Kret and Nonthaburi areas. It is just like Yuen Long or Tai O in Hong Kong, but even more historical. Check up my updates on what we ate!

Stella, yes, that's Koh Kret which is opposite to Pak Kret. That island is really nice on the river Chao Phrya.
