EST 33 by Singha, Crystal Design Center, Bangkok

TC brought us to try this restaurant in CDC. To some extent, we may wonder if a beer-related restaurant would do the food right. Again, we shouldn't judge on the outside or the name. It turned out all the hot food we ordered are pretty nice, 1. meatball spaghetti, 2. Somtam with walnut (though it's not very local style, it is in my preference as it's not very sweet). 3. Smothered pork (it's quite beyond my expectation. Very nice med-heat pan frying and with light seasoning which make the pork chop tender and juicy. Pork chops need to be cooked at medium heat.). 4. Salmon on creamy spinach bed. Also very nice. The salmon was cooked perfect - brown outside and juicy inside. The 2 dessert - choco ice cream and "wow" choco cake are at average though. In general, it's still a very nice place to visit and the prices for all the food are reasonably set.

Wow, even food at a brewery can pass Sea's stomach. Really amazing.
We have a famous brewery chain also serve similar food here but the taste is not that good; like Denny's(but price triple of Denny for the same dish).

Since this is quite far so no need to put into the agenda unless you plan to bring us to see the furniture while TC is sleeping.
