Wong Hong Seng, Nonthaburi, Bangkok

OK, this time I re-post the real Wong Hong Seng in Nonthaburi.

1. kind of a cool electric fan. 2. Stir fried bitter squash - pretty ok.

3. Tom Yum Krung - the taste is very strong - salty, sour and spicy. I think this should be the essence of Tom Yum. It's quite nice though it's a bit much too salty and spicy to me. 4. Grilled prawn - don't know why this shop and Baan Klang Namn didn't have a high burning flame to make it. The prawn was not finely grilled actually.

5. Signature dish of the shop - fried salty and pepper chicken. If you have a kidney problem, just take a very small bite. It's way too salty! Strange that I took quite a lot of it. 6. This preserved fruit in ice is quite nice after a heavy taste of meal.
7. a view to the shop from outside.

Yes, I do notice the original local taste is very salty, sweet, sour or spicy. That's the typical 4 tastes of Thai food.

Finally you posted the real photos. Thanks. I think it's very far away. Sounds very local.
