Looks like a high end resort hotel surrounded by nature and beach.

yes, and we need to pay a conservation fee of RM20 (HK$55) each day, since this place is in the reservation park.

So the $55HK daily fee is like contribution for keeping up the maintenance.
Just like here we have to pay a resort fee daily.

However, I didn't see any guard on patrol. :)
