The swimming pool, Gaya Island Resort, Kota Kinabula, Eastern Malaysia

What a secluded resort should have is a big nice swimming pool and services. This resort has done a very good job in this part. The furnishing is nice and the water is very clear. The guests will be given some complimentary chilled snacks like an mango passionfruit ice bar (photo 4/5) and every 1-2 hours some chilled iced water is served.

Big Eye Chicken? Where in the photos and which?

Big Eye Chicken is popular, cheap and yummy in Malaysia.
Only $1 to 2 US each fish. ( I read from HK magazine "Eat and Travel Weekly" when they introduced Malaysia with 10-page narrative and nice photos of the fish dish).
Is there "Big Eye Chicken" in HK too?
If yes and if only $1 to 2 US each I would like to try. Maybe I can eat "Da Lan" at midnight. Don't worry I can go by myself.
This fish is not available in LA.

Yes, I know but it's not served in this resort. I did notice it on the street stalls but the way they handle wasn't too appealing to me. I used to cook this fish a lot.
