Wow, the traffic is quite a scene. Is this where your new office is? I only know 2 streets in Wanchai: Hennessy Road and Lockhart Road. That is all about Wanchai in my childhoo.
Yes, my new office is right on the center part of Hennessy Road. There are few major roads of Wanchai running parallel, besides Hennessy Road and Lockhart Road, such as Queen's Road East (close to the hillside) and Johnston Road (where the tram runs along) and Gloucester Road (close to the seaside).
Oh, Yes. Queen's Road East, now I remember. I also remember Queen's Road West. And there is a song talking about this road too. All my memory of HK comes back all from this web site.

"in the sea" was first related to Redondo Beach, on the west coast of Los Angeles. Later on, I extend it to "in the sky" and "in the sun". To feel more of our world....
However, sometimes if the seafood is really fresh (I mean live), the best way to taste it is to either steam or boil it. No need to put any seasoning. Personally I don't like curry or other strong flavour with seafood as it will overwhelm the original taste. Sometimes I will put some Chinese yellow wine (Siiu Hing Wine) into the boiling water. If you don't like the wine taste, then put half table spoon of vinegar into the boiling water.

The song is called "Queen's Rd East" by Lo Tai Yau. Queen's Road Central is in Central. Queen's Road West is from Sheung Wan to Western District.

Redondo Beach is a nice place to have clam chowder and live crabs. But still crabs and fish cooked in Chinese style are better.
