Slow food Cafe, Seoul

OK, if you are bored with too much fast food, then go for this one - slow food Cafe. Nowadays "slow"means "time". "time" means "luxury". "luxury" means "expensive". A cup of coffee is about US$10 something. Certainly they will serve it slow. Just like what I heard from friend in Paris - making a salad for 1.5 hours and charged for Euros 200. I hope the airline won't take this theory. I don't want the plane to fly slowly.

Bug and Bee in Bangkok happened to be a slow food cafe too (big laugh!), but can't compare to this real one of course

1.5 hours for a salad, 8 hours for a complete multi-course meal, French really enjoy killing time!

I think I told some of you, my friend in Paris said to me "it was 11am, my colleague came to the office and started her tour of "kissing" greeting. It took about 45 minutes to finish. Then after maybe one letter (probably half letter), she went to lunch. After lunch, it was about 3pm. Then another letter, the lady told the others "Ah... I had a very tiresome day, need to take some coffee". (yes of course, kissing for 45 minutes must be tiresome). So after coffee, the lady left the office and called that a day.

That is why my former loan assistant moved to Paris. She is a very "relaxed" person so she found out one day banking is too fast paced for her. Later she studied cooking in Paris, then met someone and stay there now. She is a chef now doing catering event for Chanel, LV and Gucci.

Yes, everyone has their own living style. We may be complained for not enjoying life.

US people are regarded as boring workaholic people with no life and no taste of food, which I agreed. Most of the people here don't even know where is Thailand before 2005(before Tsunami hit Phuket). They only know Vietnam(because of the War) and at most China(because of 2008 Olympic and the recent earthquake).

The United States is already big enough for them to explore. That's also why I got the Geobear project from a kid in New Jersey.
