Visited this shop again and found out something interesting.
-you are asked to return the table in one hour
-the tables are so packed to each other. Some guests even left or changed to other stand alone seats. I commented to the restaurant that even Cafe de Coral or Maxim's fastfood are much more spacious, but their prices not at fast food level. $200 vs. $40.
1. pork chop set at HK$178. Last time they used a deeper round plate with more space underneath, which was good to make the pork chop stay crispy. However, this time they used an interesting child set plate with no space for the pork chop to stay crispy dry.
2. When it was served, I wowed "isn't it a portion for baby?", then the staff replied "oh, we will re-fill for you.". I said "this is still too small. Only 2 to 3 bites it is gone. Besides, when you finish it and need to wait for another one and the next one, this is very frustrating in keeping asking for rice. So I asked them to get one more though this one isn't finished and further remark to them "you set the time for one hour to finish the meal. If you can't be that efficient, what's the point?" *don't ask for 3 bowls at the same time as it would look like it's for the spirits, esp. on this exact size for Yue Lan (ghost festival in July/August) occasion.
3. Sashimi Don HK$188. Sashimi is pretty fresh but the main part sushi rice is too mashy and yet too much sugar and vinegar. It shouldn't be like that overwhelming.
4. Very unprofessional way of this shrimp. They should cut the "lightning" sting of the shrimp head top and those legs below. The "lightning" sting is very sharp that can cut your tongue. Then those legs have some gems.

therefore, Bangkok, real paradise for the gourmand
Chinese saying 良莠不齊 (Good and bad often line up irregularly).
What a big prawn head here, my favorite. Big prawn head in miso soup is good.
