On my ferry ride to Hung Hom from Wanchai, I took a photo of Cultural Centre. Noted the Olympic sign is on the right. Also noted are all those tall buildings behind. When Kai Tak Airport was no longer used, lots of high rise buildings have been built for the past 10 years. This is Hong Kong.

I saw the Olympic Torch Relay on Jade Channel, very proud of HK to be part of this event.
Yes, but I still don't understand a Sport Event could have become that political or intentional. Most people use this event as a tool for some other purposes. Just like religion, quite a number of people often use that as a tool or even weapon.
Yes you are right. I hate to see that any sport event(or religion) being abused and being a tool/weapon for political or commercial purposes.
