sea cucumber, fish maw with mushroom

This is quite an expensive dish now. Fish maw's price has been going up by almost 10 to 15 times than 20 years ago. I haven't been able to try to mushroom, but the fish maw is nice. At least it doesn't taste smelly. If you want to buy some nice fish maw, remember to choose those fish maw with less blood vein (actually should be none) and it should be dry enough.
