匯江南 (meet at the River South), Quarry Bay, Hong Kong

Interesting to see this restaurant with a section for running a local tea restaurant at the basement mall of the giant mansion Hoi Shan Lau at Quarry Bay. This basement is supposed to be a food market and some local shops. Out of curiosity, I got a try.

1. Shrimp dumpling HK$16. A bit surprised with the nice dumpling wrap - very thin and made evenly. The shrimp is very fresh but it lacks the bamboo shoot and a tiny piece of pork fat. However, in considering it's HK$16, it's a good one. 2. steamed beef ball. Also pretty good.

3. Fish maw with Chicken at HK$15. Pretty nice too. 4. pan fried dumpling HK$16. I like it pretty much as it's freshly made to order. The Chef did a nice job in making the wrap very evenly.
5. Pan fired pork bun HK$16. As good as the above. So now a good choice to go for dim sum nearby. 6. the shop inside.

7/8. the shop entrance.

The food looks good but not very cheap(almost $2.5 US per order), very close to the price in LA($2.75 US for this kind of quantity).
