Sizzling prawns on hot plate by American Restaurant 鐵板京燒蝦球 (美利堅)

In holding a conference in HK and arranging various Chinese dinners including this renowned Peking restaurant in town. Besides Peking duck and the cold shred chicken, this sizzling prawn is a must and brings a vibrant atmosphere with all cameras on focus.

Hi Sea... Thanks for your message! I am ok, and never take those things seriously. Sorry I have been silent because of work and have not been around. It is after all Q4, the busiest period in the year for me. I am just back and will be attending some meetings again from 7th till new year!

Mmh.. I admit this sizzling prawn is very appealing and the sauce is just right done. Not too hot and not too sweet and sour. So HK$300 is worth it. Sorry can't bring this to you... :( Do you think New Delight has this kind of dish?
