When we are there

The past 2 days the TV has been showing what a devastating earth quake and tsunami can happen out of the blue. A train was reported to be missing along the coast of north eastern part of Japan. I recalled I took a train to Otaru 小樽 from (Hokkaido). The beautiful coast line has still captured my mind. It's very cold in the North Eastern part of Japan. Millions of families have lost their home. Now that with the nuclear threat, it is even making their lives harder. We should be really thankful for having a place to stay and food to eat....
*It would take at least a few years the nuclear pollution can be cleared up in the north eastern part of Japan. Hope that there won't be any big after shock as that would cause much more damage to the remaining severely hit nuclear plants.

since we cannot fight with the mother nature, we should really treasure our existence, everyday ..

Let us be thankful for all the things that we have but usually take for granted: enough food to eat, a safe home to stay, a good city to live, some good friends to mingle, some nice restaurants to go.........

Yes, we should be thankful for things we are given indeed. We are just so tiny in Mother Nature.

To all my Japanese friends,

Hope all of you can overcome this in time. And please remember this is only a tragedy from mother nature; there is nothing to do with you or your country or your religion or your well being.
This is just an accident that all of us have equal chance to face one way or another, sooner or later.
Let us all be united globally as if one country faces a disaster the whole world is impacted as well. So let us support each other in good faith.
