There are several chains like Soup Delicious and Soup Spoon in Singapore offering some soup and salad set at a price range from S$7.5 to 12.5. The good thing to choose salad is that you can decide which salad dressing or without salad dressing so that the taste doesn't matter as long as the veggie is fresh enough. Besides, it's the cheapest and healthiest choice, as compared to other meals.

har, a fast food style salad and soup with the use of CHEAP vegetable ingredients will cost anyone $6- $10 in Singapore, that's truly crazy!
Food in S'pore cannot compare with food in BKK for price and taste overall.
As noted, I have nothing to say, but just get adjusted to it. Remember I told you I changed to an earlier flight and luckily I booked a higher class seat with flight change flexibility.
Good that you are very flexible and adaptable in food although you can tell the difference between lousy, good and very food.
Good one meal; not so good still one meal.
Especially when we travel....
Good to be flexible so that you won't be starving.
