China House, Mandarin Oriental Bangkok

When we were greeted by the door men and receptionists at MO for check-in, we told them we had to rush to China House. There we went for a THB888 all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch with one soup, noodle/rice and dessert to compliment for the dim sum.

1. This is the luggage triumph for SS, not counting my 2 big luggage. 2. Going into the dim dim mansion.

3. They still played those 60's Mandarin (but remix versions) songs such as "等著你回來 (Waiting for your return)", and in such a "no-body" middle hall with a "lady" painting up on the top watching you, what would you feel? 4. Another interesting thing - after you had a sip of your drink, immediately you glass would be filled up without your notice. It's very true - none of the 5 of us would notice our drink get filled up but it's often filled right after we had a sip!

5. Do you see anything? 6. an appetizer.

OK... The dim sum.... In general, all are above average.

I wish when I click on the image and I can see a larger version of the photo. For example, the photo with the lady painting, the decor looks very interesting and I wish I can see more details. :)

It is fun to order all the dishes one by one on the menu and even have an encore order.
