Funny thing is when memory prevails, ice cream taste wouldn't matter. I wish I could eat the over-sweet dried mushroom made by my Grand Ma and it's made on the 2nd day of CNY. She put a lot of rock sugar and red date to cook mushroom. This way the mushroom would get soft and easy for digestion.
