OK, the belows are just a few I have collected as evidence in how the senior management of this resort runs the whole premise. Very sad to see the resort falls into this kind of management.
Well, they compile various CDs in the living room for guests to play and even make their resort's name on it. So this is what the GM of this resort called "quality".
2. OK, see these people smoking in the Seven Seas restaurant, and they are allowed. So with the wind blowing in, everyone in the restaurant can share the "complimentary" smoking.
3. See they have double standard. BTW, they must dislike children quite much and this wording is really offensive to parents. So for those who treat children like small devils they must be sick in mind. We all have once been children. Would they have been exempted? Check they emphasize on the "Not" word and you would see how they dislike the children. Again, the weather can be very rough here. If in heavy raining, people wearing long pants and getting wet to go in. Then the parents with children need to go far in the lower section (at least 500 meter) for taking dinner in another restaurant. This is really absurd. Why don't they have a family corner in the consideration of the others instead of "No, Not" on specific words. This is a resort, not a detention center!

Yes, according to the 2005 optical disc ordinance amendment in this country, it is a crime.
I cannot believe such a high end resort hotel is not kid friendly.
Even business hotels don't have this kind of kid unfriendly terms and conditions and let alone this is a resort hotel.
They should say it more friendly. really not nice. and also very unprofessional to have copy CD. it's not a 2 star hotel.
To Anonymous, be generous. I still give it 4-5 star considering the nice pool and spacious bed room and living room and most of all, powerful water from the shower.
Stella, this is the first resort I can see the management be so negative and their EQ is not balanced well.
I agreed, this is still worth 4-5 star with the nice pool, nice view, and big space and the nice food.
Except for the poor management, all others look good in fact.
Their local staff are excellent. I can say all the local people I met (even someone passing by).
