Pool Villa, Pimalai Villas, Lanta Island

1. The view has made up for the disappointment on the management. 2. The weather is also very nice and I kind of prefer the scattered shower season in this area.

3. the pool is very big. 4. The villa is built on a steep hill slope and quite stunning.
5. Fish to the pool. 6. the pavillion - very relaxing.

7. view from right end to left. 8. from left to right.

9. view to the restaurant - the dress code "Seven Seas". 10. view back to the villa - on zooming.

11/12. night view.

This is a very nice hotel in terms of the designs, decoration, and view.
Very relaxing but kind of Indonesian/Malay feel.

Yes, it reminds me of Pelangi of Langkawi of 20 years ago at that standard. The place and pool are nice but the details of it are not. I don't need to take The Sala or Aleenta for comparison. Just Villa Zolitude can beat it on the quality of the equipments and every little detail. Anyway, the pool is awesome. So that made it up.

You shall write a book about all hotels and grade them to benefit others.

Sometimes it would depend on time and opportunity we come across. Just like Aleenta Phang Nga, after Eileen and Joy (the 2 senior managers) left, the whole resort changed quite much. They even let their 3 bed room suits for share-use. This Pimalai also practises the same on sharing the 2-3 bed room villas. It seems the recent economy downturn may have given them a tough time for such a solution. However, in terms of the design and the material used, Aleenta is far better than this one. This resort is good at the superb view and big swimming pool.

Yes, there is good and bad out of everything, and the hotel is not any exception.
