This resort is quite Malay style and in fact some of the local deco. reminds me of Indonesian too. Geographically it's very close to Langkawi. The resort was first developed as a beach resort and quite Malay style to some extent. I tried one night at the lower part for the deluxe room and another few nights at the upper part.

5/6. the beach Ba Kan Tian Bay. Quite rocky.
7. the right end of Ba Kan Tian Bay. 8. the resort has its own reservoir.
9. the upper part is called Pimalai Villas. 10. the reception area view.

Some of the deco are quite Malay and Indonesian influenced. Again, local people in places like this are very friendly and nice, together with the tradition of this country.
