Cafe Le Must, Causeway Bay, HK

My family brought me to a very warm dinner and the place is really cozy with very good services. Food quality is pretty nice in general. The pork chop and rye eye steak are imported and selected. The Ginger cream soup is very surprising.

1. The entrance. 2. the table setting.

3. the shop and it's 6pm. After 7pm, it's full house. 4. Salmon with boiled egg and black truffle.

5. Pan seared scallop with veggie in balsamic vinegar. 6. Tomato and Chicken soup.

7. Ginger cream soup. 8. Lobster bisque.

9. Gazpacho. 10. Scallop risotto.

11. Grilled pork chop. 12. Grilled rye eye steak.
13. Pear marinated in red wine sauce. 14. Apple tart.

15. Coffee cake. 16. Tiramisu.
17. This is not from the shop. Green tea ice cream cake from Hagen Daz.

Your family bought you this dinner.
The Haagen Dazs cake with white chocolate Happy Birthday sign.
So this must be your Birthday.
You know what, you are one day apart from my mom(her birthday is July 27th).
How come I had am impression your B-Day is in August.
So Happy Birthday to you.
Wish you forever 25th(like the singer Alan Tam).
Forever young at heart.
Forever happy, healthy, and pretty at heart.
Forever good blogs and good food from you.

Thanks TC, Android, Mickey Mouse, Stella and Anonymous for the well wishes. So far I know 5 persons including Stella's mom. are on the same July 27th.

Actually I recall on the day of 26th July 1997, I was on a flight to LAX on UA. UA's jet got an engine problem and we had an emergency landing at Tokyo Narita Airport. There I met a friend in Bueno Aires who was going to meet his wife back to home for his birthday on 27th July. There we took a photo holding our passport to show the same birthday. :)

TC, yes, your guess is right. I got the Gazpacho and it was served in a glass on a glass of icy water.

Wow, 5 persons sharing the same birth date is not easy. I only know 2 person with 7/27 birthday(SEA and my mom).
Sea, What a special way to celebrate your Birthday with another birthday boy in Japan Airport. I bet this is a unforgettable once-in-a-blue-moon special celebration.
Happy Birthday again with many happy returns.
I think there is still one Lunar Birthday to celebrate later right.
Look forward to seeing that dinner too.
