The Restaurant, Pavilions Phuket

1. Balsamic vinegar and their house butter (very nice and mixed with some cheese - quite French actually).
2. The restaurant. It's very dim actually and I set it to 4 second shutter speed and F6.5 ISO800.
3. Mango juice and Banana shake, about THB150. Pretty nice.
4. Nice bread.
5. Roast spring chicken, THB400. Quite surprising that the chicken does have chicken flavour and the polenta bed is nice too. Note how they put the asparagus in the wing, like the chicken has just been back from the market for some veggie.
6. My regular try - Pad Thai, THB290.
7. Lemon curd on cheese tart, THB200. Very nice and the lemon curd is very aromatic but not sour bitter. Not too sweet either.
8. Chocolate Mousse with Grand Mariner and Bailey's sauce at the bottom, THB280. I don't drink but I like wine for cooking.
9/10. the Restaurant in the morning.
11. Celery/carrot/apple mixed juice and iced coffee.
12/13. Scrambled egg/ham/sausage. At average.
14. Egg Benedict with smoke salmon. At average too.

expensive resort with expensive restaurant, however food is good, the price justified, so it is a bargain in lifestyle!

Merry Christmas!

In fact, we save our money from shopping and eating around if we stay in city. Here we don't need to spend money on those.

Nice to see the same location at night and day time setting, different mood.
