Thank you Jason for the demonstration. I will show this to my "Kwai Lo" customers how to eat Peking Duck the right way.

Be careful, Stella, your term in HK can be considered as a potential violation of discrimination. FYI, we are now calling 四眼仔 as 戴眼鏡的男孩, 飛仔 as 不務正業的青年, 黃面婆 as 打理家務的主婦. :)

Har? Are you joking to me or it is real?
I thought only in US is like that.
Yes, now the poor cannot be called that way; they are all quoted as "under-privileged".
Insane or crazy people at "Ching Shan" are quoted "mentally challenged".
Handicapped people on wheelchair are quoted at "physically challenged".
Fat people is quoted as "weight challenged".
So a computer illiterate like me is not called dummy any more, I shall be quoted as "high tech challenged" or "computer disadvantage"

I just made a parallel comments on what the Gov't took the example on 賓妹 & 呀差. The discrimination law provides on restricting some specific term which is to label the race, cultural or physical characteristics. By the same token, we shouldn't call my previous examples.

So many xxx-challenged. Then we should say Lee Kar Shing as rich challenged.

So I shall call myself an eye-sight and normal weight challenged person with under-privileged in computer skill. In simple words, I am a 4-eye skinny person who is dumb in computer.
Life is really full of challenges.

I see, there are many over-privileged in Repulse Bay, Happy Valley and Mid-Level.
