From my last pleasant experience at EST 33 (Crystal Design Center), I gotta try this one on the top floor of Emporium though I was full already.
The coffee is of some high quality. Recommend to order a cake set at around THB220. See photo 2. A big cut of banana cake. The cream is very classic good though I don't like cream much. The minute steak isn't bad and the french fries is devil good. Fresh fried and very nice potato. This steak set with a coke at about THB250. In conclusion, I need to visit Minibar Royale some time soon.

Too little time for someone who goes BKK 24 times a year? BKK is really a big gold mine with unlimited wine and dine......
