Zhoy Hing has recently introduced this Spring Chicken in soy sauce. As a fan for Zhoy Hing, how can I skip this one? The soy sauce is nicely mixed with the dark soy sauce and the normal soy sauce. Yummy! FYI, as an index for you, their lunch box for a BBQ pork rice is HK$20, the boiled lettuce is HK$7.

How much do you think of this Spring Chicken by Zhoy Hing 再興燒味
Zhoy Hing has recently introduced this Spring Chicken in soy sauce. As a fan for Zhoy Hing, how can I skip this one? The soy sauce is nicely mixed with the dark soy sauce and the normal soy sauce. Yummy! FYI, as an index for you, their lunch box for a BBQ pork rice is HK$20, the boiled lettuce is HK$7.

it was $1 for a bowl of BBQ pork rice when i go to school, inflation, so scary :(
Mr. Thailand Club, that must be so many years ago. I think Zhoy Hing is not expensive as I thought. Maxim's or Cafe De Crol charge $24-26 for this kind of lunch box. So for this spring chicken, I think it should be HK$35.

Zhoy Hing's BBQ pork is not that expensive as compared to the others. Actually they may be not the best, but I like the nostalgic taste and the fragrant rice they make. Now I can take a whole one with no rice left. If I take the others' I can only finish half.
Yes, I will try it tonight though it's not in my way to drop by Wanchai. OK, my guess is $30!

Actually I did think about those who lives or works in Wanchai should know this one. Yes, it's $28. However, they have a lunch special. $20 for a lunch box with half spring chicken and BBQ pork and steamed rice. So half spring chicken is already $14. That means the full steamed rice plus BBQ pork is $6! I take it almost 1-2 times a week... :)
