人和豆品 Yaun Wo soy bean shop, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

The soybean shop has been serving some pretty nice soybean products from soybean drink to tofu sweet, and this one has been in the Jardine street for quite some time.

1. Pan fried tofu stuffed with fish patty 煎釀豆腐 HK$10 - the tofu is nicely pan fried and smooth and soft tofu. 2. Sun dried fish filet and peanut congee HK$12 柴魚花生粥 - quite a nice congee as you can see some broken rice in it. This one is quite a favourite of many HK locals.

3. Tofu sweet HK$10 - I would still find it the best among all other items in this shop. Very smooth and soft and most of all very chill. The syrup is very clear and refreshing and I can tell it's not made of some low quality sugar. 4. the shop.
5. Jardine Street (or commonly known as the Mini-bus street) is the hot place for some local fast food.
