So this beef noodle shop won the best beef noodle in Taiwan some years ago and President Ma has been to this shop. After my friend and I chose their shop speciality tomato beef noodle, we found out we should the traditional beef noodle. Personally I don't like this kind of tomato soup base. Anyway, the beef is really nice - not too soft and just chewy enough. So I will try the traditional one of this shop next time.

Zhuan Wang (饌王) beef noodle, Taipei

BTW, CX lounge at TPE airport serves some very nice beef noodle. There are a lot of nice beef noodle shops in Taiwan. So way to try them all.
