S15 Hotel, Bangkok

OK, though I had some supernatural encounter with this hotel, I still need to post some photos and comments. The design of the hotel is those unique fashion hip hotel. I was with my Korean colleague when staying at this hotel. The funniest part is that they switched off the light of the corridor where her room was at. At first, I thought what a lousy management. Later on, after I had the super mini-sun effect lighting up my bath room, I then found out probably the mini-sun in my bathroom might have taken too much power from the other area. Secondly, the ceiling is a bit too low; so I didn't feel good with such a low ceiling. I would recommend the hotel to renovate their rooms to Japanese style - Tatami. The third thing is their closet is in the bathroom. Unless you stay by yourself, it is much too inconvenient if someone is in the bathroom. So if you wanna see the hotel's design, you can go ask the manager for showing you the room and see if you would like to stay.

the ceiling was really too low
the S15 so-called mini-bar was funny too
for B3,000 not a wise choice

mini-bar - i forgot about that. I think I paid B2,700, but now it may go up to B3,000. Agreed - not a good choice if it's B3,000.

not a good choice even if it drop to B2,000, unless for someone live the adventure life; it beats the horror index in any theme park's haunted house, and for a full night of horror you pay only $70 to get a ticket for it vs. the normal few minutes (not even horror at all) in a theme park, good value
voted no. 1 best value boutique haunted hotel in bangkok, S15, congratulations!

I think if they changed the theme of the hotel to "horror mansion". For those who can stay more than 3 nights, the 4th night is free.

Please tell me next time about the incident as I like to hear all kinds of the "spirit" stories. So does my friend Cindy(the one had "Sha Sha").
Hum, shall I try this hotel for a change?

Stella, sometimes it may not be too good to purposedly get close to those spirits or try to compete yourself with that. Accepting it as a fact is ok, but spontaneously getting close to it should be avoided. About that incident, I was about to prepare to sleep and turned the bath room light to just only one light bulb for a very weak light coming out from the bath room. As I prepared the bed, then the light turned very strong inside the bath room. Bright enough like the whole bed room is with all the light up (but I close the bath room door tight). Actually at that time I didn't even relate to anything abnormal. I was afraid there was something wrong with the electricity like short circuit. As I was about to open the bath room door, the light went back to normal. Sorry Mike!

Stella, if you do so, please bring an eye mask as provided by CX on your LAX-HKG flight. You will need it in case the bath room light turns to a mini-sun again. Vice versa, you also need to have a torch ready within easy reach. Things can be very extreme. Also, buy a professional view cam with higher ISO; so you can take some video tapping in case you may miss some scenes.

trick don't work twice, so next time maybe not the sun-light, but maybe flooding (so she needs a small boat and snorkel equipment, oh Chris loves that), or the bed fly in the air, or the S15 grandma grandpa grand-who-ever jumping on the bed ...

Thailand Club,
If this is the case I would like to stay here next time. This is fun.
(Just kidding ok.)

ok, another supernatural incident when Mr. Thailand Club talking about those happy things jumping on the bed. One of my business friends stayed at the D'ma Hotel in Bangkok. One night, he watched the TV on the bed. He saw 2 foot prints (kid's size) stepping on the quilt. Then he used his hand to sweep flat the quilt. Immediately, the foot prints keep going towards him....
