澳洲牛奶公司 Australia Diary Co., Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong

I really have no idea about why this local tea restaurant serving steamed egg white/milk and egg with almond syrup is called "Australia". Anyway, the shop has been there for many years and still very busy. It may be over 10 years I haven't tried their steamed egg or egg white. Their quality is still maintained.

1. the shop. 2. Steamed egg white. Very nice milk and later on I know why.

3. steamed egg with almond syrup - very nice! The almond aroma is not that artificial and going well with the egg flavour. Highly recommended. 4. toast with condensed milk and peanut butter. HK$6 is very reasonably priced considering their name.

5. That tells why the steamed egg white with milk is so good. My favourite Kowloon's Diary. 6. in the fridge.
7. another brother in the fridge too.

this is one of my must visit eateries after being naughty in Jordan :) hehe

the local bistro Sun-Tou-Kee opposite the Australia Diary is very good too

Item 4 is my must eat every night. Bread with peanut butter or jelly is the best. Simple but forever tasty.
BTW, what is Jordan?

TC, not sure if Sun Tou Kee is still there but there is one local tea restaurant which is now famous for their chicken and steamed fish. Will post that later.
