Stayed twice in this room and fell in love with it. Those 2 stays made me stay more in the room rather than going to Siam/Sukhumvit. Unfortunately the hotel was torn down. Though there is a new Hotel Reflections, it's not like that anymore no matter how they continue their individual design.

It seems quite an interesting phenomenon that the original is better than its replica or second take.
Just like many movies the Part 2 is not as good as its original Part 1.
Same applies to restaurant too.
Just like Ding Tai Fung in LA is not as good as those in Taiwan(as commented by most of the Taiwanese).
Or the 85 C Degree Bakery and Coffee Shop in Irvine, LA is not as good as those in Taiwan too.
mmh... there are some exceptional cases, e.g. Aliens (2nd one) and Alien 4 are quite outstanding. Nha Trang Wanchai is better than the original one in Central.
However, Hotel Reflections is somehow another case. I once tried finding the new one but no luck until later on TC told me the more exact location.
